Let’s start the new year off positively, together.
The New Year is just around the corner, and with it, comes New Year’s Resolutions. A resolution is a specific, sometimes rigid goal that can either be achieved or broken. Let’s choose a different path, one that’s more aligned with your eating disorder recovery - Reflections and Intention Setting.
Intentions are about continuous growth, taking small steps in the right direction, and allowing for setbacks along the way. Intentions are more general, more positive, and offer guidance for focusing your mindset on how you want to live.
Join us for a special workshop workshop led by Kerry McCarthy, MS, RDN, LDN, RYT, CEDS-C on Monday, December 29 from 5 - 6pm at the Fort Lauderdale Beach*. We’ll come together as a group, journal, meditate, reflect on 2025, and set positive intentions for 2026 and your eating disorder recovery in the upcoming year.
