  • The initial session with your dietitian will include information gathering. After that, follow up session topics will vary week to week, as your treatment is highly individualized. Your dietitian will always be assessing your needs and progress based on the goals you have discussed together.

  • We typically meet with our clients weekly. Consistency is key to working on your relationship with food and body. Your dietitian will always assess your care needs, and discuss decreasing or increasing frequency as they best see fit based on where you are in relation to your long-term goals.

  • Yes! Some of our dietitians are licensed in multiple states and some states do not require dietitians to be licensed to practice medical nutrition therapy. Once you let us know where you are located, we can let you know if we are able to practice virtually in your state.

  • Eating disorder recovery is complex and multidisciplinary treatment is best practice. See this link for more information about the roles of treatment team members.

  • YES! We are in network with Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare and Tricare East.

    If we are not in network with your particular insurance company and you have out of network benefits, we can provide you with a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance company. With this, you will pay for services upfront and the insurance company will reimburse you, the client, afterwards. Call the member number on your insurance card and ask if you have Medical Nutrition Therapy coverage for CPT codes 97802 , 97803, 99402-4. If you have an eating disorder diagnosis, provide the insurance company with that information as well and ask if services are covered for that/those diagnosis.
