About Namaste Nourised

Welcome! My name is Kerry Fannon, a Certified Eating Disorders Registered Dietitian (CEDRD) specializing in the treatment of eating disorders and disordered eating.

I utilize principles of Intuitive Eating for individualized nutrition therapy. This encompasses physiological, emotional and behavioral components and, therefore, collaborative treatment with other professionals is the most effective approach.

I work closely with other professionals such as therapists, psychologists, physicians and psychiatrists. It is essential for me to meet each and every one of my clients where he or she is at on the journey towards fostering a healthy, sustainable relationship with food.

Whether you are suffering with an eating disorder, experiencing disordered eating patterns or trying to make sense of the pervasive food, weight, and body cultural messages in the media, I would like to help you on your journey.

My Motto

My motto is “Stay Nourished – Nourish your mind. Nourish your body. Nourish your soul.” This message reflects my holistic approach. We all hear stories about food and I would like to help you write your own story; one that you want to keep reading over and over again!

Stay Nourished – Nourish your mind. Nourish your body. Nourish your soul.
